FITNESS MISSION
The Wellington Recreation Commission is proud to offer a variety of fitness classes to benefit your body and mind. The classes are designed to provide safe and effective workouts based on the latest fitness trends and research. Our talented staff are trained and dedicated to provide quality, up-to-date instruction. The programs can improve your quality of life by the following:

*Increased muscular endurance and strength *Reduced blood pressure

*Improved self-esteem
Research journals say moderate intensity physical activity is safe for most healthy adults regardless of age. Experts have learned that doing something is better than nothing.
PROGRAM REGISTRATION
Nothing cancels a class quicker than waiting until the last minute to register for it. At some point a decision must be made on whether to cancel the program due to lack of enrollment. Please register in advance of the start date of the class.
