A: Decisions to cancel games due to weather are not made until 4pm on the day of the game.

A: The WRC office staff approves any and all refunds for an activity.  If you qualify for a refund, you may credit your account or receive a refund check.

A: The WRC tries to utilize several media to alert you that an activity is canceled.  In the case of a ball game, your coach should contact you.  The WRC staff will call enrollees in the event of cancellations.  In addition, the announcement can be found via radio, channel 5, facebook, Crusader Alert text message, and/or the website.

A: Yes!  Please call the WRC Office at 326-3323 and let us know your availability.
